Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when visiting this website and when contacting us.
Back to homepageResponsible party
NiAly (Nils Arnold) is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with this website and can be reached via the contact details listed in the imprint.
Which data is processed
When visiting the website, personal data such as IP address, date and time of access, visited pages, browser and device information, and technical log data may be processed. If you contact us via the contact form or directly by e-mail, we process the information and content you submit (for example name, e-mail address, and inquiry).
Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to provide the website technically, ensure stability and security, prevent misuse, and handle inquiries and business communication.
Hosting and technical provision
The website is hosted via Netlify. Netlify may process server-side log data as a technical service provider where necessary for delivery, operation, security, and error analysis.
All fonts used on this website are embedded and served locally. No connection is made to external third-party font servers (for example Google Fonts).
Contact form and e-mail delivery
When you submit the contact form on this website, the information entered is processed server-side in order to send your inquiry directly by e-mail to NiAly. The processing is carried out solely for receiving and answering your inquiry. E-mail delivery is handled through a Google Mail account, which means Google (based in the United States) is also technically involved as a processor in this context.
External links and Instagram
This website contains links to external services, especially Instagram. If you click such a link, you leave our website. From that moment on, the respective third-party provider processes personal data under its own responsibility according to its own privacy policy.
Retention period
Technical log data is only processed or stored for as long as necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website. Business e-mails and inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to process the request, continue communication, or comply with legal retention obligations.
Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not sold. Disclosure only takes place to service providers where this is necessary for hosting, technical provision, communication, or compliance with legal obligations (for example Netlify, Google).
International data processing
In connection with hosting, infrastructure, and e-mail communication, personal data may also be processed outside Switzerland, especially in the United States, for example by Netlify or Google. Where required, we seek to ensure appropriate contractual or statutory safeguards are in place (for example standard contractual clauses).
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or unlawful alteration. Please note, however, that data transmission over the internet can never be completely risk-free.
Cookies and tracking
At present, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website. If technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies are used, their use is limited to providing, securing, and operating the website. If this changes in the future (for example through analytics or marketing tools), this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, you will be asked for your consent.
Rights of data subjects
Under applicable data protection law, data subjects may in particular:
- request information about the personal data processed,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of data unless statutory retention obligations prevent this,
- object to the processing of their data, especially where such processing is based on a legitimate interest,
- request the release or transfer of their data in a common electronic format (data portability).
Such requests can be sent to the contact address listed in the imprint.
Right to lodge a complaint
In addition, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates data protection law.
Applicable data protection law
This website and the related data processing are governed primarily by Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where personal data of persons residing in the EU is processed in individual cases and there is a corresponding connection to the EU, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may additionally apply.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated if the website, the services used, legal requirements, or internal processes change. The version published on this website shall be authoritative.
